A clear overview of the license, copyright, payment and usage terms that apply to purchases and custom orders.
Before purchasing or ordering
By purchasing or commissioning a design, you accept the license and usage terms below. Separately agreed written terms take priority.
The buyer receives a personal right to use the purchased design. Ownership of the original code, design and copyright remains with ET. Creative Studio. The copyright credit ESSICREATIVESTUDIO.FI must remain visible and may not be removed, hidden, replaced or changed.
The original buyer may use a horse or pet design on animals they own unless the purchase was limited to one specific animal. A design may follow the same horse or pet to a new owner. As an exception, the code may remain on the profiles of the stable’s own bred horses when those horses are sold or transferred.
Real-money purchases may be used on Stallet.se, Tallini.se, Minstald.dk, Minstall.no, MyDreamStable.com and MeinPferdchen.de. SP purchases may only be used on the original site unless agreed otherwise.
Codes purchased with SP, credits or another virtual currency may not be resold, traded or distributed. Codes purchased with real money may be resold for SP or credits only. Before the resale is completed, ET. Creative Studio must be contacted and the new buyer’s name must be provided so the license can be updated. A code found in use without a valid license may not be used. The only exception is a code that follows the same horse or pet, including codes that remain on the profiles of the stable’s own bred horses.
Purchased graphics may only be used for the agreed purpose. Editable project files, such as PSD or AI files, are included only when specifically stated. Graphics may not be redistributed, resold or uploaded as stock material.
Payments are mainly handled through PayPal. SP may be accepted for small code fixes by agreement. Large orders may require a 20% advance payment. If the buyer cancels after work has started, the advance payment may be retained. If ET. Creative Studio cannot complete the order, it is returned.
Platform, browser or editor changes may affect how a code works. Future updates or repairs are not included unless agreed separately. Serious misuse may result in the right to use the design being withdrawn.
